Greetings,

My apologies for receiving this email twice, this has additional local information to the one sent to Lochac announce.

It is now less than two months until September Crown. There is a price rise in two weeks. 

There are still plenty of cabins and camping spaces available.

Everard and Hanbal have been asked to join The Order of the Chivalry, and their peerage ceremonies will be happening on the Sunday. 

The Crown tournament is looking like it will have at least 24 fighters. There will be multiple fields running. 

I am looking for volunteers to assist during the weekend.

• Attendants for Their Majesties to work in shifts (will be provided with information)
• Attendants for visiting Barons and Baroness' to work in shifts. (will be provided with information)
• Voice and field heralds - courts and tournaments.
• Minions to assist lists during the Crown Tournament and the Roses Tournaments on the Sunday. (information will be given)
• Servers during the feast - at least 8 more would be appreciated. (will be provided with some training and tabard for wear during service)
• I also require people who can transport visitors to or from the airport. The Baron and Baroness of River Haven are travelling with a 6-year-old who requires a booster seat on the Friday from Tullamarine.  

We have several sets of B&B's coming. We need to borrow any suitable thrones. TRM, P&P plus 6-8 extra landed B's outside of Stormhold and Krae Glas. (At this stage 6 have booked)

Bedding for the cabins is not provided. If you have spare bedding for visitors or are able to billet someone prior or post event, please contact Lady Ysobel.

We require many banners and decorations for the feast hall. Please contact Lady Violette if you wish to loan items for this purpose. 

Can I please borrow Marshal tabards and Heralds tabards for the weekend? 

Please bring banners, with poles if possible, and portable holes - we can put pegs in the ground around the field. 

Bring fabric covers for mundane items at the Crown tournament. 

Water bottle covers will be made at crafthalls, if people are willing. (drawstring bag to fit a water bottle). 

If you need to borrow garb please contact Lady Fionnghuala or her deputy Louise ASAP.

Reminder to fighters - the known world will be watching.

Please have your kit in good condition (no visible duct tape on armour).

If you do not have a banner, arrange to make one. We can run another workshop for silk banner painting if required.

If you want stuff made that you need assistance with, ask at training - there are people willing to help you. If you require something to be made - some people are willing to barter if you are struggling for cash.

Make sure your authorisations, and cards are up to date- carry your form if you do not have a current card. We will not be vouching for people on the day.

I would like all fighters to have a shield ready for the list tree. This is for both days and rapier and armoured fighters. Archers are also welcome to do a shield- we can have an additional tree if required for the archery field. Anyone willing to make up some for the visiting fighters please contact me. These can be painted at crafthall on Monday nights.

I need people on site on the Friday afternoon to set up the marquee and other items, also people to pack up the site on the Sunday afternoon.

If you have any award nominations, please get them to the Baron and Baroness, or on the persons Kingdom roll of arms page. ASAP

Stall holders please inform upon booking or email me to let us know the space required. Stalls are free.
