Dear Fighters and Marshals I would like to invite all those involved in the combat arts in Victoria to a discussion and social gathering on the evening of the 7th December. Our Kingdom marshallate and chirurgeons would like us to familiarise ourselves with the concussion tool, and I would like to encourage discussion on combat, calibration, training, war units, and upcoming events including September Crown.
