As promised here is a reminder of the outline to determine who will be our next Champion!

Theme: Learning, Improvement, and Experimentation

Requirements:

All A&S skills and skill levels are welcome.

 Submit a physical item that meets the theme. (If you want to submit a more abstract entry like a song, please submit a written version as well.)

 We ask for any entries within the A&S purview that demonstrate something you have learnt or been actively working to improve upon during the last year. You are welcome to bring demonstrations of earlier work for comparison and to show growth.

 You are asked to submit an item (or more abstract entry) that demonstrates your endeavours, and documentation discussing your learning process and what discoveries you have made.

v A new craft or skill you have learnt during the past year

Ideas you can discuss in documentation:

. how you learnt it

. any issues you encountered

. problem solving and tricks you figured out

v A craft or skill you have worked to improve at over the past year

Ideas you can discuss in documentation:

. new techniques or methods learnt

. improved precision and presentation

. research and gained knowledge

v Any experiments, failed or successful in the past year

Ideas you can discuss in documentation:

. Regale us with tales of your misadventures

. Did you do something really cool?

. Did your endeavours fail spectacularly?

. Did things just not really go to plan

 While this outline has been released at short notice (life got in the way), this theme is perfect for those of you who have been already working on projects that follow it, but just need that bit of incentive to pull together your documentation to be able to present it to a collection of your peers, no matter what stage of the project it is in.
