I am still having trouble. I cannot log in. I have tried this gmail address from which I am writing, and also my @kraeglas@lochac.sca.org one. I get an error message saying that neither are subscribed. UIf I try to subscribe using hte gmail address it tells me I can't because I am already subscribed. The “dashboard” is your account at mailman.lochac.sca.org. Login at mailman.lochac.sca.org, visit the Krae Glas list page, then go to “Held messages”.

A couple of the held messages look like they are from people trying to subscribe to the list. If they’re legitimate list members they should either email kraeglas*-join*@lochac.sca.org instead, or go to the list home page at https://mailman.lochac.sca.org/postorius/lists/kraeglas.lochac.sca.org/. Or you can them manually under “Mass operations”.

After I’ve finished migrating all the lists to the new software, I’ll see if I can change the template for moderation requests so that it includes a link to the dashboard.

I have received an email to advise me to go to my dash board to approve a mailing. I have no idea where this dashboard st , how to access it, or what I need to do.

Any advice to this Luddite would be appreciated.
