The minutes from the July Baronial meeting are now available on the website [link].

One of the items of business from the meeting was a discussion on various options for hosting the Baronial meeting going forward. More details are available in the minutes if you are interested, but in short it was decided that we would host next month’s meeting through Discord in the Lochac server on a trial basis. This trial will be reviewed at the end of the meeting and we can decide at that time how we want to proceed for future meetings.

To help ease the transition without too much disruption to the usual meeting process we will also be hosting a ‘test meeting’ the weekend before the meeting. All are welcome to pop in and out during the test meeting. Please come along if you intend on attending the Baronial meeting to make sure Discord is working for you.
