Hi!
I play a hurdy-gurdy and recorders (all badly), can hit a drum more-or-less in time, and sing tenor. Not all at the same time, though.
My main interest is period western European music, especially part-singing, late-period dance music, and the troubadour repertoire.
Looking forward to seeing the revival of this guild and sharing our knowledge.

I’m here.
Shinjo Takame. I write stories and tell them, don’t mind singing either but I’m not as good at composing those.
Was great to meet so many performers at festival.

Hey there!
Thanks Gil, for reminding me this mailing list existed. Who else is here?
What's your bardic 'thing'?
I'm a singer, storyteller, occasional instrumentalist, and reasonably
regular composer. And, of course, an audience!
Lately I've been thinking about recording some of my work - has anyone
tried this? What works well?

Hi there,
I'd be interested in the Guild revamp -- I don't tend to do social media, but am hopeful that
maybe there are enough of us willing to form a community via email....
I'm away overseas for six weeks from tomorrow with minimal internet connection, but figured
I'd wave a hand to show interest; will talk later :-)
Cheers,
katherine kerr
