Greetings all,
Just a quick heads-up to say that the general theme for next year's Canterbury Faire (21-29
Jan, Southron Gaard) is Uppity Women Go To Faire.
https://cf.sca.org.nz/
The Faire's Half-Circle Theatre welcomes period and perioid entertainments of all types,
particularly if it relates to the aforementioned theme. And I'm sure there'd be plenty of
material for a bardic circle or two along the way if someone cares to organise one....
If you want to propose performing an item or recommend a thematic piece for someone else
to do at Half-Cicle, I would be delighted to hear from you. I also have some non-demanding
items which could do with performers - scripts provided....
Thespianally yours,
katherine kerr

Hi all,
At the guild meeting last week, we got caught up in the charter (which I'm
sure Gil) will publish soon, and ran out of time for our third item of
business, which was 'Cool Things People Have Been Doing'. So I'm bringing
the question here!
What have you been doing lately?
I'm planning out an edition of the 'Book of Gwen' - my personal repertoire
book with my own compositions at the back - because it turned out at
Festival that people wanted copies. I'm starting to think I should make one
for stories and poetry as well...
